event horizon (class 4 ship)
after being given a destination, this ship creates an artificial black hole that allows it to travel instantaneously to one of four (or more) predetermined, non-planet locations on the outer area of the galaxy. from there it continues to its destination at warp 5. this would cut transportation time to far away locations while not making the trip time zero (which is rather unfair). i really dont know the codes for this.

| Its a good idea, and anyone who says it ok but needs some changes, thats the whole point to the idea, i hate when i say, i don't know exactly the codes but they will be differnt then they are now. So i vote yes on this |

| Its pretty good but i think there'd need to be a little bit more manpower. Also you could attack somebody then instantly dissapear, so im not too sure about that. |

| yeah, i think the point it warps to should be any random point in the galaxy. Could help you, or hurt you, the risk is up to you. More MP too, maybe 500. Less build time. |

I think attack points are needed and maybe the build time should be only 1 day
