		+	this is not correct!

		+	for example a suggestion that is old but not moved to "old topics" then it is still active, if a topic in the inventions area wasn't moved to "impossible inventions" it is OK to post in and reopen old topics there too; and a bug that was not solved is important to be re-opened

		+	it always depends on the content of a topic, if it would be worth to post in although it is old.
		+	some good ideas are lost somewhere in the past.
