I know my first mistake was when I clicked the "defense" button, but forgot to remove the attitude I typed in. Maybe you did the same? |

Nope... I removed it... I was aware of that /a friend did the same to me - had my attack code, so he defended my fleet and destroyed my Research Centre / so I deleted the code and then set the attitude on Defense |

I think your friend had a attack code then, otherwise it would be very strange...
and if your friend had set a code and you not, then it is understandable that your fleets attacked each other.
defense works best if both fleets are set to defence without any codes.

Aww come on
My question is about attacking the BASE not his fleet while I was on defense... And if THAT's possible /since I'm in an alliance and he's not/, then why I was a victim of a very dirty tactic?!
A guy /from a rival alliance/ sent his fleet on DEFENSE to my base... Then all my allies, going to the Black Hole through my TransWarp fought with him /and lost heavily /, but not my base defense /actually ALL my ships/??? |

This is my guess on this it seems the attitudes of all fleets where not matching if you ever send a fleet to your neighbors planet, all ways have nothing in the attitude box and to make sure the you go back to see if there a blue shield with nothing in the attitude box showing ,for as it says in the manual a planet defence is all ways set on defence meaning blue shield no attitude.
now for the alliance mates fleets this clearly shows that the alliance attack code wasn't the same as you had, so this points to the alliance leader not having the alliance attack code in the alliance leaders HQ page in place , so all alliance mate can't fight with each others fleets . other then that this should have never happened. |

it is impossible, that a fleet with defense and no attack code fights against a base.
couldn`t you think of another explanation? maybe your internet browser is set to cach all sites and you see an old version of your fleet screen? |
