i thought it could be interesting to have building on colonies, that can shoot cruise missiles.
(creating a special fleet which contains some kind of missile ship - naturally with limited range
the building would have some kind of cool down, or needs chrono pods
i think it could be fun for coordinated attacks.
is this a problem for the balance? _________________
