it is quite useful to scan for incomings on colonies etc.

i think its great. it will be very useful for detecting incomings that are not directly onto your fleets and it will require more use of hyperdropping to surprise the enemy. but i think its balanced by requiring a fleet slot. |

wait. does it scan for fleet end target points or for actual fleet positions? |

it only scans for targets, not actual fleet signatures _________________
