After a long time, the Rise of the Opressed (ROTO) finally stepped out of their mere shadow existence, and changed from an unsignificant rebellion in the western cluster to the largest empire in the entire galaxy! A new form of empire, based on equality, alien rights, pangalactic gargleblaster and fancy military parades. An empire, everyone can connect with ... an empire, that ... ah, I probably should shut up.
Nonetheless the mysterious alliance "99" is a fierce and persistent enemy for ROTO and they still could turn the tide easily.
Which alliance will turn out to be better? What do YOU think?
