what was the bug? it appears the intelligence station got taken out by 1 fighter...

that's not the problem... we programmed a lot of stuff in the last 12 months one tiny little thing just deactivated the flag stealing thing (for alliances that were founded after the 1st of decembre 2011)
it's really correct to transfer the flag, because ns stole it...

it used to be the case that if you destroyed the intelligencestation before the flag was captured, it wasn't possible get the flag.
however, if i remember well, it required more then 1 ap to destroy the intelligencestation.
So this is a bug.
