Decision deferred for a few days until results of other questions are decided.
It may not be required at this time.

If you invited all of the newbies who play spacetrace to decide on a poll option, the result would be 90% Yes, 10% No

How come the game was so bad before?

And why didnt all this get brought up before when the games was started years ago, all of it started i would say in the last few weeks or so with the CGC/XYZ war.

i voted yes on this change. negative personal score has no purpose, it just makes a person feel bad. having 0 the minimum gives newbies a "wall" to lean their backs against.
alliance scores should be able to go into negative though.

but about all other changes...lets not rush into anything. one change at a time.

Somebody please explain more to me about how this can be abused? Several people say it will be but I don't get how?

If you win a battle you get points. If you loose a battle you loose points until you get to zero how is that going to be abused?

i am against it, but as i said. i think it could be good to be protected getting negativ as long as you are in a noob ally. when u leave it, you can be nagative. (feeling the hard ST life)

When farmers "farm" there is a sacrificial account made specifically to lose points. This addition should not encourage farming as going into minus never DISCOURAGED them before.
So... I think that going below zero is a good boost for new players ego's.

Alliances should however show a negative score if it applies. It will be impossible to guage how good a new player is if an alliance is thinking about recruiting him/her but that don't matter.

I think the good out weighs the bad in this case.

I have voted for keeping the lowest score to zero. However I also agree with senor that changing the scoring points would be a bad idea. With every game it’s about having fun and enjoying the game and this applies to new starters and the more experienced players.

You have to keep a balance to encourage more players to join but at the same time keeping the loyal players of the game interested too

That doesn't make sense! What difference is it going to make?

A multy is only going to use ONE account for points and the other for losing them! No matter wether the other account loses the points or not, the multy will only lose 1 account for winning, and 1 for losing!!!!

The multy will only have TWO accounts -

If A battles B, A goes up, B stays at zero. If A does this continually, B will still stay at zero. If the mutly starts using B to fight A, A will go down, therefore the multy will NOT MAKE ANY TACTICAL GAIN!!!!

Do you not see the logic Mighty.. do you not see the LOGIC????

so there are no crucial cons.

we will apply this change now

no players and no alliance can drop below zero.

(and we will keep the theoretical negative score stats for multihunting)
