it should be greater thyan the buildingtime of the normal mothership
the repair function wouldnt have a big effect, couse in class 4 there are not many ships yourself, so probably the ship would only repair a vessel, after the first or second shot of the enemy with baybe cruisers or even worse: with fighters.
but i like the idea to have a class 4 ship, that protects the others, so maybe it should have this:
