warp signature scan (probe)

this probe can scan fleetnumber, name and position (with movement bars), just like the dsp - but not the fleet composition. therefore it has a bigger scan radius

speed: warp 10

researchtime: 1 d
buildingtime: 12 h

we added this probe to the game, but we are not sure if the veterans are ok with it because it could increase the parking distance (black hole/other). i think it is ok, because the parking distance around home bases is already 10.

pls. let us know!

it's about the warning time.

but as said above the warning time for planets is already 5 hours (the wsp can do 4 hours)

the warning time around the black hole and colonies is , because of the radius of the dsp : 2,5 hours, that would be increased bd the wsp to 4 hours. but ...any tactical action would require a dsp in any case. so you would have to use a probe slot to gain that warning time advantage.

if the attacker uses a chrono pod the warning time with a dsp is 1,2 hours and with a wsp 2 hours. ...

overall i think that it is balanced. (even powergamers need 2 hours of sleep sometime )
