So it shoots say 20 fighters to ? somewhere, I assume at warp 15?
Um I cant really see much of a need for it, please explain more. |

| It's actually supposed to launch 20 ships of any kind into a low speed warp. it would give all thoses ships, like the mantis for example, a warp capability. |

You mention Mantis. It is already very destructive without the warp capability.
The stasticator should not have the capability to launch frantic ships. |

| Well I don't think I'd ever send a mantis with warp 1... it would be too slow. |
