in mozilla, you can add the rss to your bookmark as dynamic bookmarks, so you always see the newest posts in the forum directly inside your bookmarks with this button  :

Im Lesezeichen-Manager von Firefox kann man eine XML-Datei als RSS-Feed einbinden: Datei->Neues dynamisches Lesezeichen
In Feed-Adresse kommt die URL der XML Datei: http://www.spacetrace.com/forum/rss.php
