Good question. You could just have tried it out, but I'll do it for you.
The results: You CAN'T use Greek letters, it returns with the | Code: | | no html allowed! please choose another ruler/planet name |
error. The name is also too long, because it contains too many pixels. (If Greek letters did work, it would only work with two or less letters)
