Well yes but only now did I realise that admin wrote it and not Renee or someone english.

The note at the bottom of the the BR is a probably a default message that replaces the box to report multies. This way Admin doesn't get 50 messages telling him how some1 is a multi.
In other words...the messages means this.
Admin knows that 2 people are claiming to be from the same IP, but also knows it could just be me claiming to be 2 people. Therefore he places the message there so he doesn't have to keep responding to messages like this, while he is keeping a close eye on any suspicious activity between my brother and myself. This way there is actually evidence to "convict". |
