There was an old case when mare came up with quite some evidence against one of Zenachi's old accounts. Having multi score in the Hall of Fame is not good so a reset of score was done.
In some way, his old and his new accounts were connected and his new score was reset too. However, when the admin asked Zenachi what his score was before the reset, he lied about it.
I am awaiting admin's latest reply on how this is going to continue. _________________ Nulla poena sine lege.. |

... That makes no sense. I had no multies before.
And when I was asked about my score, I told the truth. It's very easy to check... |

Looks very fishy to me. And it is also not fare to dubble punnish. If someone stopt multieng why reset his score of now. I also find it hard to believe zenachi multied, how did that proof survive through all that time? _________________

it was a bug, that he was punished twice.
yes, he was Pokey of Dry Dry Desert
i reset the score of that player now in the highscorelist, as intended.
as i don't know the score before the unfortunate reset of the actual account, i gave zenachi back 20000 points, until we find out the real score he had... |

zenachi was pokey of dry dry desert a couple of evo's ago and in that time he was accused of multi-ing. and as member of his alliance i reported him as a multi to have the thing cleared.
this was the answer

Case: Pokey of Dry Dry Desert (zenachi)

We as Travellers did not found enough evidence to think this player is a multi.
He is considered as innocent.
Still, we would like to thank you for helping this game be multi-proof. - del
so, what are we talking about? give the guy his points back! And, mr. Robert, i dont know your role in this but please do a better job when taking care of these things, i start doubting you _________________ “All war is deception.” |

Why is there so much ado about this? Apparently, if you finish your old account all the way and you create a new account right after that with the same e-mail address, your accounts are connected to each other.
I guess it would be smart to find out that some things happened by accidence instead of accusing people. I do not see anything fishy.
And zenachi, as you have been convicted for being a multi, I suggest not lying anymore. Not about having been a multi, nor about your score.
You were third place so you could never have had more than 40.000 points. _________________ Nulla poena sine lege.. |

Those accounts may be connected by email but you cannot make more then 1 account on the same email. So where is that multy account he supposedly used that was not connected? _________________

LOL Rob, that's not lying, that's the truth.
I had 58000 points, and I just passed Shade when my score got reset.
I'm sure people can vouch for that, I've been sitting at 52000 for a while, and then I made 6000 points against 3 IG fleets, which you can check in my battle reports. (I've made 10k points since then as well)
And I've never been convicted of being a multi, check the Pokey thread IN THIS FORUM, admin CLEARED me in that incident. Go check if you don't believe me.
So please stop the witchhunt. Thanks.
EDIT: Maybe I should specify, I am The Fourth of the Horsemen. And I still don't know how you could think I was in third place. I was third when Pathfinder was still playing, but I've been ahead of Connor for about a month at least, and barely behind Shade up until now.

... That account was cleared. Check back to the other thread, there was already an investigation where I was cleared. So I'm not sure why this is being brought up now, especially since I don't actually see any of this evidence... |

Ok, that was from 5 days ago (Posted: Tue May 20, 2008 6:31 am) and was posted by Mighty in the "Mighty Permanent Ban" topic.
Hey, look, I was third... on the Relative Score list!
Now, if you check the time that my points were reset, it was May 21, at 11:09pm.

Below is a list of the battles that took place between Mighty's post and the time my score was reset. I changed the coords, but I left the fleet numbers and the player names so anyone who wants to check can do so easily. There's one player that has disappeared, Heabis of Agerus Secundus, so I don't have the battlereports against him, but it was his base, so I made a bunch of points off him. (3 motherships, penguins vs. destroyers, cruisers vs. penguins, etc)
Now, added all up...
49290 + 3581 = 52871
If you want to know how I made over 5k points off Heabis in 2 days, it was quite easy. The first day I attacked him, I did it with an eagle spam left over from the TO flag attempt. Then after my penguins and emp fighters were built, I sent them over, got the battle pause, and made a bunch of points when my penguin/emp fleet wiped out a bunch of the other fleets the next day.
I can't prove I had 58000 points without the battlereports that are now missing, but I can easily prove I wasn't "third place."
Thanks.

Excuse me, but I have put very much work into going through all the old cases in the to-do list. I have examined every single case.
When I stumbled upon the Pokey case, I first read through the forum topic. I looked up the old evidence that mare had send when he made the case.
- It showed resembling offline times with other accounts that he had fought.
- His old account seemed to have been fighting his new account. It looks very weird, but the multi tool does show these battles.
Finally, the case of Pokey was in the to-do list, not in the innocent list. So I don't know where the message from the Investigator in this thread comes from, but it surely did not come from the real Investigator.
Ok Zenachi, your quote from Mighty's post looks reasonable. But this still does not solve the old case.
It was never meant to delete your new score anyways. _________________ Nulla poena sine lege.. |
