Subsantial evidence captured between the days of;
Tues 6th May
Thurs 15th May
Introduction
Me and KoT were invited to join TheFirm on Tuesday the 6th of May. We accepted. Since then things have gone downhill, as we quickly realised the alliance could well be made up of multies. Boyfriends, Girlfriends, Cousins.. whatever they called each other; below represents a detailed report into the alliance and why they are under suspicion.
First of all, I apoligize to Ace. He will know why.
Accounts under investigation:
J.JOHNSON of ZAHARDOOM (FC + CoW, when we joined, Airwolf was in charge of all prominent positions)
Airwolf of Santiniair'thelare (leader)
queen kelly of pritty pink
ThE_HoLo of HuLaLoLu
dark helmet of star stalker
Bozer SN-1 of Endore
Evidence 1
All members have informed me over the past week that they are inter-connected by a family/friend partnership. This in itself is suspicious, but not indefinate evidence.
Evidence 2
queen kelly informed me that she is 20 years old and has 3 kids. On Wednesday the 7th May, we spent around 2 hours talking on IRC (time any mother would have spent on her kids). I find this analogy hard to believe.
Evidence 3
When on IRC, three of the members had the SAME IP Address. This being:
5ad31a63@213.239.220.106
Evidence 4
Each account is a different race. The expection being J.JOHNSON and Bozer SN-1, who are both Kazuuula.
J.JOHNSON - Kazuuula
Bozer SN-1 - Kazuuula
Airwolf - Nanite
dark helmet - Human
ThE_HoLo - E-ray
queen kelly - Mycilloid
Evidence 5
There have been numerous occasions where two or three members have been online at the same time, or have been offline for nearly the same amount of time.
Evidence 6
When ThE_HoLo joined on the 11th May, nothing was discussed between the team beforehand that he was to join, and when he joined, nothing was said, when, in a non-multy alliance, you would expect a lot of things to happen and be discussed. So far, I have not heard a signle word from him.
Minor Evidence
All live in different places, yet same IP address. All english. All have 'thefirm' as alliance tag. All are in negative scores. Airwolf sounds remarkably like Lonewolf. All have a planet picture with the exception of Bozer*.
Evidence to support the innocence of the accounts
All accounts do not seem to follow any pattern in name.
While I was CoW, there were little similarities between fleet setups.
*Exception
There is a small chance that Bozer SN-1 of Endore is not a multy. Reasons being that his tag is different, he has no planet picture, and is fairly quiet compared to the others. He may have been caught up with the plan.. as he said to me that he was Johnson's cousin or something. Who knows.
End of case.

Oh I can think of alot of families who would devote so much time into a race for the ranking bottoms in a text-based online game where (even for the high ranking TO, NS, WFS, etc) the pay is really bad and education limited but, memory seems to be lacking today

No apologies needed MJ, you did Us a great favor
I realized that they were probably a multi alliance when they first attacked me a while ago, I originally called them out on it on the forum (TOC vs PSD & The Firm topic) however I was asked by MJ to delete my suspensions pending his investigations which I accepted to do so.
the reason behind my suspension was the time of attack, they were all going towards (4 of them) sricts planet with defense altitude, I talked to airwolf, there leader on pm and he told me that he would back off and take my side, I teached him how to use codes as his altitude so our fleets didn't attack each other and within a matter of minutes all 4 members came online, turned there fleets towards me and implemented an attack code.
considering I had to explain fleet codes to airwolf in a spam of 20 minutes and 4 messages I find it hard to believe that all other members came on and learned how to use what i teached them and turn there fleets towards me within the 2 minute time spam.
my only reasonable conclusion was that they all the same person
ever since than I have seen the same actions by there members, they seem to do things at the same time.. almost as if they are interconnected! maybe they're borg  |

I'd say their clean... but thats just me.
UNLESS, you saw "him/her" in real life logging on each account without them knowing you were there, and you had a video camera recording them in the act. otherwise, im not convinced.

As Renée said, the critical thing is the same IP address.
If they live in different places then they would all have different IP addresses.
They are not an organised alliance. From the moment I first joined they had a score of -5000 and hardly a word was ever said (apart from some confusion over the attack-codes).

your right in that they both use the same weapon of choice! its called sharing accounts in TO's case and being the same person in the firms!
you have an incapacity to understand the nature humans and inability to calculate the probabilities!
the probability that every one of them was on around the same time, every time is many times less than the probability of them all being one person.. hence based on the probability alone, without reasonable doubt they are cheating (reasonable leaving an alpha level of .1)
they are multies

If I am not wrong this means that it's either 1 person explaining why no messaging is needed or that their computers or connected which is hard to explain if you don't live in the same house.

well I don't really care. Just fight them if you disagree. The only problem I have with them is that they like to gang bang me when they attack.....
Seems like i'm their most "dangerous" enemy and must be put down. Its great how right after my base rebuilds they come back to kill is again =(...... watever. I have a new account now ^______^ time to kill sum newbies

but ive talked to more than one person from that alliance at the same time. an they seemed like different ppl. but i guess if the IP adress is the same than...  another multi

altho it sounds good in writing. i can tell you how 50 different people can be online at the same time.
it is called a network.
some network have an internet connection that has its own ip addy, that can be changed it at anytime by simply unplugging the router from power and plugging it back in.
then there is as many computers as you2, 5, 50, 1000, all show the same ip addy, the one of the router's internet connection. (some people set it up different and show a private ip addy of the computer, usually a 192.168.xxx.xxx ip.)
so a ton of people could be online and play from the same ip addy, and all be on different computers.
it would sound more fishy if they were never online and playing at the same time. |

if they were on a router the last 3 digits of the ip addresses would be different. So, each computer will have a different IP.
Its just annoying when a bunch of people attack you at once because they can't handle 1v1 or even 2v1

well i think people are out to make stuff up and in general set things up ive looked at your so called evidence and its crap i mean when mj joined he said i was fc and cow but i wernt as soon as he joined we made him cow rember weve just started and were just getting are selfs together
i mean mj joined saying he could help use but when they joined are points went up cos he had the black hole then they lost it and blammed the rest of use for the drop in points plus we all messeged him and got no reply point is are points went from -5000 to -870 now they have left use are points are at -9875 so we were set up big time i mean what a losser him and ace of trace should just grow up
i mean even my 1 yearold acts better  |
