Call me new-fashioned.. but I think the layout of ST is getting a bit old. Now, I know there are four different layouts but the basic template for these is much the same. I'm suggesting an enterely new layout. Now, I spent a long time on this, so hope you like it .

Give any suggestions or feel free to add your own .

Probably too much graphical detail and too large on the display. Note the extensive info the current multiple framed ST dialog packs.

Reduce the text and graphic sizes and try to fit (example) the fleets menu and probes screen together in a single window would be advisable.

I wouldn't suggest just picking a new layout for everyone, because I'm fine with the way things are.

But can the layout be open sourced, or can some sort of open source editor be made, so you can customize the screens how you want them?

Not sure how much work that would require, and I have a feeling most people would just leave things the way they are, so probably not worth it.

And while we're talking about changing things, I'm gonna pull a KOT, here.

Can we get rid of the prophets? And get some new invention in the game? Who even uses prophets? Some people. But how many have used them again, after trying to use them once? My guess is zero. They seem useless, and I've yet to see any in action.

Can we switch a bad invention with a good one?

What exactly does that have to do with me?

But anyway, the design is too bright and colourful for me.

Also, it fills up the entire space, and it kind of reminds me of those boring browser games which are closed in...

I like seeing the voids of space, it makes it look much better.

(Oh, and ilofuyci, I actually did have some prophets once, namely to attack Nami's base, but I didn't get to use them as the plan didn't go as...planned. Although, perhaps you are sortof right, because I've now researched the mantis, which seems handier to me....)

That's called pregnancy. The baby is due... Later. He/she may be captured for testing, most likely on how I had "successful" intercourse with a web design for one...
