I always thought there should be some kind of award cermony to members on Spacetrace and actual players on Spacetrace too. Like on Top Gear, for 'best alliance ever' or, 'best spammer award'  .
Seeing as all of us wonder who these people are, I think we should end the disputes and actually proclaim the winner. It would be fun, and there could be two categories - a serious category, and a joke category, and the people in the serious category could get 5 credits for being elected in the award, and getting 10 credits for winning it. It would be a really fun thing to do, and one we could all take part in.
Here is my suggestions for the categories:
Fun Categories:
Best Spammer (or should I say Worst)
Best Name (on Forum + In-game)
Best Avatar
Best Signature
Worst English Usage Award
Most Hated Person on ST
Best Ever Post made
Serious Categories:
Best Player (of all time)
Best Alliance (of all time)
Best Newbie Helper
And the Special Awards:
Most dedicated player (Dedication Award)
Most improved player
Admin Choice (their favourite ST player of all time)
The categories are announced and then we vote for them by sending an email to the admins, saying which category we are voting for and who we are voting for.
The 'results show' would be on IRC, meaning loads of us could go on, and it would be really fun .
Good Idea?
Feel free to add any suggstions, or categories  .
P.S, also read al12's suggestions too, I don't want my post to step over his, in the same way that I don't want his post to step over mine.. or whatever .

It's sad, but true.
Also, why is there no ''Best English Usage'' award? I'd like to have a chance of winning something. It can't be hard to beat the leet-speakers, and, then there's pretty much just you and a few others. (You being MicroJak)

And again KoT screwing it all...
People tend to like ego tripping additions, yes, but we are talking about ST players, not society in general...I refuse MJ's idea like Senor...but refuting Senor's argument with such a stupidity makes me sick:S...! Oh KoT....someday you will stop it...and i will stop to put importance on you.
Anyway, MJ we want to add people at the game, not to the forum, we want people to play the game, not to become a non-player that just care about 1 of those things.
It may work to attract people but not to get real players committed with the game, oka?
I think it's a problem when you realize that we were 500 players 5 years ago when the internet was growing up and now we are 120 players with many graphic based games on the internet.

Hmm.. Well.. I didn't say it would be a noob attracting thing.. I just thought it would be something fun, that's all .
KoT, I was thinking the same thing! And maybe we should have negative categories then positive categories. Also I like 'Sweared-the-most Award.'
I wonder.. now WHO would get that one?? .

You know, there exist such things as spelling mistakes.
There is a huge difference between the odd spelling mistake nd usn txt spk.
I did, in fact, mean ''hard''.
Now say, Connor's PSP typing, which is as big a massacre of English as the battle of Stirling was, now that's a case upon itself. And of course there is Admin's distinct lack of using capitals.
And MJ, I'm not quite sure who would win that. Does MSN count?

Sorry, for some reason I get confused with Rob and Connor. Probably becuase both name are of Scottish Heroes, which annoys me. Why don't we have forum names like Saint George or.. Winston Churchill?
Anyway, back on topic, has anybody got anymore ideas, or do the admins have something to add?

Anyway, I think it's pretty easy to make a distinction between William Wallace and Connor.... (You know, Connor is Gaelic for Wolf Lover/Wolf Kin. But I prefer the first. )
