I have a very battered disk of the first Age of Empires, and I'm trying to transfer it to another, new disk.
However, there are a few files I'm having trouble with.
If anyone has the game, could they send them to me in a zip file? (Or put them on a download site)
The files I need are on your disk, not in the folder where the game was installed. I need:
D:/GAME/AVI/BAB1
D:/GAME/AVI/YAMA1
D:/GAME/HELP (In it's entirety)
D:/SETUPENU.dll
D:/DSETUP.dll
And that's it. There's one problem though. I'm copying it from a disk, that was copied from the official disk. If you're using the official disk, I'm not sure if it's protected against copying. If it is, thanks for trying anyway.
The disk is full of rust spots, deep scratches, and one tiny little hole, and no matter how much I clean or reinsert it, I can't get those 4 files to work.

Well, that's a solution, but I think I'd like to play Age of Empires.
