the ship attaches itself to an enemy mothership ship, then projects an holographic image of an enemy dreadnaught, in the midst of it´s fleet; firing upon the halo-projector itself, destroys it!
this ship creates an halographic image of an: dreadnaught- class ship of the enemies fleet, which may cause the target fleet to fire upon their own mothership, thus stranding them.

That wont work, the holo ms in the enemy fleet is merely gonna act as an ms decoy for any of your ships that just happen to get a shot at the c4.
So only the target benefits (somewhat) from this....
And the self warp 5 +, the 1 lp, the cloaking, and 561 mp makes absolutely no sense....
Although 9 of these would make for a nice "hide-able mobile point farm" that actually comes to your rescue from that neg. score by spamming that 2 dozen for so fighters you just happened to forget and leave behind at the right place -> for all you major strategists out there
