If I read this correctly, the clones reacted 10 to 1 and then converted the troops from liberators to defenders.

Can you post the whole BR?

Let's see...I suppose that 10 holo clone ships cloned those HQ invaders which is = 1200 troopers on his defense + 100= 1300.

His destroyers destroyed both of your HQ invaders.

As the troopers are class 1 now...and none of your c1 were destroyed at the c1 sub battle then the Defensive array destroy 50 c1...1 fighter and 40 troopers (WTF..that's really weird...as 5 holo clones per HQ) bad luck and good luck...more bad than good...anyway...NO BUG.

Nothing wrong your HQ released your ground troopers my Holo clones clone your HQ invaders wich means they also release their ground troopers so more defenders then attackers means I win
I only used the holo clones abbility to clone your HQ invaders

this is the example wich is given in the manual line 2 is most important
For example:

Your clone ship fights against a cruiser.
1.Your ship clones the cruiser
2.your cloned ship , in this case the cruiser will do all a cruiser does: it intercepts a torpedo and shoots 100 damage points at the actual enemy ship
3. after this the clone effect ends and it will turn the cruiser back into a 0/5 holo clone ship

just look at the name of the ship: holo- CLONE- ship that means it Clones every ship. its the same when u attack some one with 70 cruisers who has 70 holo clone ships, its badluck for you
