can detect fleet signatures within a radius of 15 sectors. on contact, it sends out com relays to the ships in that sector. it can also detect cloaking signatures.
it can be reused, after it reached its target
scanradius: 15
speed: transwarp 100
buildingtime: 4 h
technology: founder, traveller |

So... Only available to the founders/travellers? Also known as admin. What exactly is the point of this? Doesn't the Apostate Sphere just wipe everything out, without the need for recon?

Oh... so that's were it goes....
I went to the Manual and clicked on 'Start Forum Topic' on this invention and I looked on the forum from that link and it said it.
