Hows about a one use device that will make all the matter floating around in space and pull them toghther to make a new planet for you to inhabbit? Of cousre it would take like almost all your manpower to make one.

this is nice a ship that make a abandoned planet or a prewarp planet for habbit then the wars will be not for points just to get more planets and make ur empire grow

True indeed... Yet the admins don't like it...
No empire-building!

But maybe just 1 planet per player /a pre-warp even/ from where you gain additional 5-10% Manpower?

YEAH, and in 2 days will be a total dissapearing of pre-warp planets and the admins must put the mew techs in the black hole(if somebody don't get it yet)
maybe one planet more per alliance at the alliance center(for that ALL the members need send all his MP to there(except 69 of MP(1fighter,1destroyer,1crusier))
and mantein it 2 days?
and if then you add another member to your alliance(the alliance center changes) and whola! do it again !
What admins think
In like 1 month I think they will answer

Yet that idea sounds cool - it means keeping the existing alliance in the same bounds... Good indeed

you could make an alliance HQ that is a TWG in the center of an alliance or somethin like that.

What would you really need an alliance HQ for? I can't really think of a purpose. It would just be something more to defend.

The mobile TWG effectively is a forward command post, and it has the benefit of being able to be shuffled around to keep it safe. If you want, you can put it on a pre-warp planet and call it an alliance HQ.

Ahhh yes, alliance HQ - I like that idea - it should consist of:

1.) TWG
2.) DSP /or rather a staton scan or whatever it was called/

It should cost a few points to build, though... Like the MTWG does... It's a variety of the MTWG - it's a deployable TWG without the mobile part, but a DSP for compensation - yup, allmost a MTWG, yet not mobile... Also, since it's not able to move, the leader should be able to leave fleet there to defend it - unlike the MTWG. I suggest it's commanded by the leader rather than the CoW.....
