I'm looking for newbies to train.
The requiremens are that you are new to the game, that you wanna stick with it, that you're fairly active (can log in at least twice per day), and that you want to become a good, if not the best player of ST

For training we can use the ST irc channel, MSN or our alliances forum where you can post questions and have multiple people helping and answering you.

All you need to do is either to reply to this post, send me an ingame PM
or
you can directly create an account on our forum and ask for access to the "boot camp" which already contains a lot of useful game guides that the NoStars alliance with help from some veteran players wrote.

Why am I doing this?
1. i'm bored
2. i wanna recruit some prosperous new players into our alliance instead of veterans - just feels better to win if you put sth to it instead of going for the easy lane

Edit: My ingame name is Skyfire of the Spiral Architects. Just search for Skyfire.. i'm not making a big fuzz about concealing myself

Let's go along the newbie alliances... They'll probably help us out. They're the newb player dealers

EDIT: Dw, i did it already.

Just started today. LOT's to learn it seems. If the creators and long-time players are still playing and read this, THANK YOU! I look forward to many pleasant hours of Interstellar exploration & 4X. Mike

Ps. Most of you vets sound pretty brutal. Please take pity on this poor planetary settler

There's loads of long-timers sill out there and they'd be willing to help . Also, you can contact Newb-helpers for advice etc. Sadly I'm not a newb helper (as I'm not, let's say... brilliant ) otherwise I would help you straight away but don't worry, quite a few will post here soon and will teach you the game .

EDIT: Also you can go on Spacetrace IRC (MSN but simpler and faster with less features), were there is usually 1 or 2 guys on there who will help you .

You can send a message ingame to each player that has a star behind his name, that means he is a newbie helper. I myself am one of those .
My ingame name is Born Trooper of Dumeicu, you can send me questians to my ingame name or to my forum name but it's best that you send them ingame as I don't log in everyday on the forum( I do ofcourse log in everyday ingame .
Good luck and have fun playing spacetrace

Also check forum posts: All existing Technologies (for ship by ship player comments), strategy and even battle reports (for battle examples and stacking of fleets).
