Newbie looking for alliance!

Does somebody wants to take me in? I just started 10 minutes ago and I don't understand this game...

My race is "Nanite" and I selected a "Swank Fleet" as a starting fleet.

Oh, and does somebody please want to update the Dutch registering page? It's not translated very well, and I don't have the ability to change it.

Warriors of the Fallen Star are currently number 1 on the scores list. BUT, the era has just started (at the beginning of an era, the points of an alliance is set back to 0) so that doesnt indicate anything really.

Wow, I already got 2 replies . I haven't made up my mind yet, but I would like to join an alliance that can teach me how battle-syntaxes, advanced fleet-setups and all that other stuff works. I've already read the entire manual and I'm beginning to understand how this game works.

Battle syntaxes for building new tech or understanding how old tech works.

fleet set-ups....well SRs got a wealth of ideas esp for human, kazzulu, myc (even on e-ray eventhough I havnt played them), swank, anti-swank, anti class 1, multi target stacks (....u know I've got to set up a page somewhere with my full list of combos and attack strats I'll get round to building web page for it one of these days..... )

And hey well strat ...my fav...well it is the whole point of the game

Think we've broken down the battle engine pretty well, as well as other aspects of the game. Understanding how it works is key.. i wish more people would know.. would be more interesting than the usual random attacks

Yeh nice fleet but luck was on my side got about 900 x 2 of artist and sky before I hit ur plasmas. You lot won that round.

But I was referring to the war at the bh since I started going after fleets there (about a week or 2 now). But with ur last score I'm only slightly ahead now

Hey, I dont fly under our tag and I'm sure many members in other alliances dont either.

so what, call it diversion if you want, but u can see exactly which alliance u fought from ur history screen. Just pair it up with ur battle times. Not really hiding is it???

Also whenever I find a member of an alliance I note it on my com screen for later.

I suppose I cooouuld ask the rest of the alliance to change their tags. But why??

We arnt gangbanging anyone base. Thats the only time u need to know. I wont condone that kind of activity except in extreme cases e.g. if we were at war with a specific alliance or teaching some one a lesson to lay off our members.

And hey I dont consider our battles at the bh a war between SR and NS because it wont matter who was at the BH. I would still use the bh for target practice. (Ask Wyatt...I cleaned him out, just before he evoed, on my first few battles there.)

If u hold a score planet u have to take the hits.

^ I was doing well at first got to rank 15. I had just evoed in when I hit u whn u evoed out. My relative points were up to ~ 30000.....now down to 16000

I started trying new things and have got my asked kicked in the last few battles. Yet I am still researching so should come up with something that works against multiple targets. Maybe I should go back to my first ideas that work better than these later ones.

Any way are u still playin? or r u taking a break
