In the top ten are thier many wars for territory because there doesnt seem to be much coverage if there is. I am now getting a bit more knowlegable in the game and it seems to me that most of the top ten allainces just pick on lower players gaining pionts to challenge in the top ten. Despite this there does seem to be a lot of rivalry between certain alliances but no action against each other. Is this fear or is this just evasion. Could someone answer me without being rude this time. THNX

Not sure of the others but, NZ has been busy killing multi's. Seems everytime there is a major war the multi's spam it up. 
The last grand war enabled a rise of multi's we still are trying to get under control.
Other than that we fight at the score planets....
..."territory" in ST is rather a vague concept...and if someone "violates" your "territory" by spawning there what are they to do??? Move thier base??? LOL...I think not

If your mates and you are in a cluster you are lucky. Unless your far from a score planet, or an enemy. There is no ''territory''.
