Well i don't see that Moc has any speacial pages or any thing more than normal players, 
why don't we give some power to the poor MOC (me)
like let him see were the TWG is so he can work an alliance attack if needed
or letting him be the one who changes the alliance tag code and.....
cuz there is no work for MOC!!!!

Perish the thought. Your job is to talk to everybody on behalf of the alliance. That is more than enough for anyone if yu do it properly.
