Wow.. i dont know where to begin.. uhhh.. o yeah..

NO GOOD!!!

this ship will make a wierd and unwanted continuous battle.. meaning that this ship will keep doing its affect until its destroyed!!!!

secondly this ship is insane.. 502MP for sooooo much control?!?!? yeah.. not thinking so...

i give this a -1.2 of of 5...

The basic idea isn't good.

If it lets all ships have a shot again the ship will also shoot again. And again. And again, ect.

Even if it self destructs it will be destroyed after the insane battle.

The idea is to make ship which give second shoot to c1 c2 c3 c4, if you have small fleet but strong ship this help you to kil all enemy fleet.

example:

yours: 516 ships
class 1:
500 fighters (1/1, 1 MP)
class 2:
1 destroyer (10/10, 8 MP)
class 3:
14 cruisers (100/100, 60 MP)
class 4:
1 mothership (0/1000, 320 MP)

enemy: 376 ships
class 1:
51 fighters (1/1, 1 MP)
155 bulk fighters (2/4, 3 MP)
5 hammers (1/1, 16 MP)
54 mine-deployers (0/1, 4 MP)
class 2:
19 destroyers (10/10, 8 MP)
5 graze reactors (0/10, 20 MP)
4 c-cannon-modules (0/4, 20 MP)
5 HQ invader (0/10, 150 MP)
36 troikas (0/10, 16 MP)
26 wasps (1/10, 11 MP)
class 3:
7 cruisers (100/100, 60 MP)
7 apollo cruiser (0/100, 85 MP)
class 4:
1 mothership (0/1000, 320 MP)
1 major reconstructor (0/150, 550 MP)

Here is another reason:

then I send my fleet 40 or more sectors away I want that it give it full 100% that she fight till it win or lose.

then I send my fleet to near planet I want that it give it full 100% that she fight till it win or lose, becouse I don't want 24h till next fight.

If it will be full destryed by enamy, this is good, because I don't neet to take back fleet to homeplanet.
