| My friend who used to play said that this game was great until "it got gay after I reached 100% evolution." What happens and is it avoidable? |

| So you have to start all over again. I'd rather face someone who's been on fer 10 years then have to start over. Will i atleast get to keep my username in the nextround? |

nope
u can use your username,ruler name (obviously same email)and when you restart you can activate your ID card where you can see your forum acount and your prevouis planet names

just be glad that this game works with evo's, Rob is right. There more spacegames on the internet, and when u start in one of those most of the time u will never reach a top 100 or beter, because there players who are playing that game for more than a year and u cant beat those players. Thats i nice thing about Evo's in ST, every one has the same playing time, its up to u how much points u will get in a evo.

take runescape as an example, Theres a guy called Zezima, hes on number 1, and all his stats are 99 (the highest) he has been on since the classic version of runescape(years ago). He keeps getting more xp, when youre getting xp, so its almost impossible to get to his lvl, cause hes getting better at the same rate (or faster) than you. You would have to be on for hours to have a slight chance of beating him. Thats no fun. Here its about being good, not playing for a long time.

well in ragnarok (much better and higher quality than runescape) once u reach lvl 99 its about the items, reaching lvl 99 takes about 3-w/e months depending on playing time, maybe less, after that its all about the items and how u play

When you reach 100% evo dominian of the traveller will show up at your base with that apostate sphere, wipe out your base, enslave your planetary pop which shuts down all your production including a new shipyard, probes, research center, twn, and ships....also including any "free mp" (even getting ships off of prewarps is impossible) and any fleets present. BTW dont even bother trying to kill dominian (been there....tried that...lol)
If you are fortunate enough to see that one coming and dont have your fleets at base then you can go on after domininan hits if you choose to do so until your fleets get mostly used up, but a restart is inevitable.
Other than that the evo has no effect so, just consider it an "expiration timer" until you get the reset we all get.
In spite of how ****** ** this may sound it is what keeps a balance in the game
