class 4 elite (class 4 ship)


this small fleet of elite destroyers has adapted to fighting in class four, their shield are large, as the gravity field of the motherships warcore is now closer than ever. this disables them from having higher firepowers. also, the hull technology is unstable, so everytime they had a fight, their hull armour will be decreased by 5.

manpower: 17

researchtime: 2 d
buildingtime: 14 h

(battle engine syntax: f)
modifies AP/LP by 0/-5 of itself in your own fleet in the same class

I can't see how this would help, a normal destroier is much better.

Well it will help your enemies as you will spend 2 day of research then find out you lack the 5678 mp it needs have enough of these (334 required for 1002 ap) needed to even kill an ms. Even a major reconstrutor at 150 lp is gonna take 50 (50*17=850mp for that) of these things assuming you get lucky and battle that before the ms.
Then when your enemy sees that fleet with > 100 c4 coming he can have a mantis or etc up and ready
BTW-decreasing the hull is not going to do much as the c4 battle last and there will not be anly thing hitting at it after that anyway.

334 of these would kill a mother ship BUT 334 ships times 17 mp = 5678 mp bang head

AND

if you calculate based on AP and LP vs MP

This has AP+LP+the mod command = 13; MP = 17
1 mp for every 0.76.. AP+LP

A fighter has 1 mp for every 2 AP+LP
A cruiser has 1 mp for every 3.33... AP+LP argue bang head
