cheak the eta if it is same eta as your planet ya it means he is comin to you (either attck mode or defend)
but the eta might be somewhere near you in that case he is going somewhere else near your planet(maybe he has a planet nearby or somethin)

what this means is , theres a fleet of a other players fleet hyperjumping to them coords. if it was on your planet is would look like this.
Code red Your planet is under attack by fleet 1 from somebody ETA 4 h 55 m
or
Your planet is getting defence from fleet 1 of somebody eta 4hrs 55 mins

Another possibility is:
foreign fleet detected in xxx/yyy/zz: fleet 1 from somebody
This means that the other fleet already arrived. |
