so basically its clone labs but instead of increasing 10% it increases 30%
dude the ships do go up 1mp in clonelabs thats why it sucks
creating a version which sucks a little less of it is not going too get anyones vote
oh yes and decpite its callled humitidy labs its mycilliod
mycilliods allready have clone labs anyway
and whats with the gravobionics where does that fit in
oh yes and its not a class 4 ship its a building
the short answer too this question is NO!!!!!
sorry if i kinda puled your idea apart mercylessly then but please have another try at inventing

Indeed the idea is not good
nowhone almost uses clone labs excpet the people who use swank and they defenetly will not pay 664 MP for it
also it's not a ship  it's a building

Swank is cyclops, appollo's and plasma gunships (sometimes cruisers)
and some people like to add a major reconstructor to it
