A question to 'spacetrace'

I have begun writing my story, and just to make sure that everything in my story is accurate I have a query. I used this page to get some spacetrace facts, but as you can see this short, spacetrace story only begins at [0 NGZ].

My story basically revolves around a central character being a human. What I want to know, is in which year did humans first enter the spacetrace galaxy. (Coming from Earth). And if indeed they did they come from Earth then how is it possible that warp technology was only invented in 0 NZG?

The answering of this question will mean a lot to me and to those who read my story.
