You can choose to put it on the forum after you finished it, there it will be discussed. Be sure you invent a balanced ship and dont come with all powerfull things, they wont be admitted to the game anyway.
All players can say what they think about your invention as soon as it is placed on the forum but in the end admin decides if it gets implemented or not.

yes we play thsi game where players do have a say in the game but in the end everything is the admins decision but he rarely makes one without considering us first
