Ok I will explain this one very clearly, as I really want my points back. Yesterday, I was attacked by Horus about 13 hours ago. My fleets had just come back.
I didn't know what he had, so I left 1/1/1 at my base as he just had 1 fleet.
Quote:
22.03 22:47
your base fights against fleet 1 from Lord Horus of the Mordian Moon at 453/502/52
22.03 22:47:29 - the enemy fleet arrived

yours: 3 ships

1 fighter (1/1, 1 MP)
class 2:
1 destroyer (10/10, 8 MP)
class 3:
1 cruiser (100/100, 60 MP)
class 4:

1 transwarp-network (0/100, 0 MP)
1 research center (0/3500, 0 MP)
1 shipyard (0/3500, 0 MP)

enemy: 397 ships
class 1:
155 fighters (1/1, 1 MP)
36 bulk fighters (2/4, 3 MP)
40 interceptors (0/1, 1 MP)

40 penguins (4/1, 1 MP)
class 2:

Now I know what he got, so I attack with enough ships to be sure his c1 is completely destroyed so my bounty hunters/fighters could deal with his c2 later on.
My fleet 3 fought him 12 hours ago.

Now I didn't have enough normal fighters to kill his c2, so I had to take the risk with bounty hunters. I was unlucky with it, cause I didn't destroy all of them.
But that isn't the point. Fact is that 12 hours ago, both my fleet 1 and fleet 3 had fought him. Here is the BR from my fleet 1 fighting him:
Quote:
22.03 22:57
your fleet 1 fights against fleet 1 from Lord Horus of the Mordian Moon at 453/502/52
22.03 22:57:02 - your fleet arrived
22.03 22:47:31 - the enemy fleet arrived

yours: 317 ships
class 1:
250 fighters (1/1, 1 MP)
63 bounty hunters (0/1, 4 MP)
class 2:
1 shield generator (0/2, 4 MP)
class 3:
2 cruisers (100/100, 60 MP)
class 4:
1 mothership (0/1000, 320 MP)

23 bounty hunters
class 2:

class 2:
49 destroyers

class 3:

Now as you can see, my fleet 2 had not fought yet.

So then I arranged with Rubens to sacrifise a plague ship so he gets some nano viruses.

You can clearly see the difference between the two bold pieces. I moved my c1 and c2 out of my fleet 3 to fleet 2, and 1 plague ship the other way around.

So my fleet 2 contained some ships that allready fought Horus when they were in fleet 3. So the whole damned fleet 2 shouldn't fight at all.

About 15 minutes ago, I arrived at my base but suddenly my fleet 2 DID fight.

This is a serious loss, it is a lot of points, and some ships I really need. Especially the eye in the sky for my probe data and for the spectre I have to wait a damned 22 hours.

It would be a small but maybe satisfying compensation if I would get those 1210 points back. They are mine!

If you switch ships from a fleet x that allready fought to a fleet y that didn't fight yet, that fleet y shouldn't fight the coming 24 hours due to the confrontation timer.
Right or wrong?

That's the same as what I said in my first post:
Code:
So my fleet 2 contained some ships that allready fought Horus when they were in fleet 3. So the whole damned fleet 2 shouldn't fight at all.

About 15 minutes ago, I arrived at my base but suddenly my fleet 2 DID fight.

That would probably be anounced.
It's simply a bug, but if I can't come with solid proof, admin doesn't believ me. Where's the respect and trust these days?
