QUESTION:

If I attack my enemy at 1:00AM then cloak my fleet, then cant find the time to log in and uncloak my fleet before 1:00AM the next day (24hr limit) but I get on at 1:34AM and decloak my fleet, do I have to wait another 24hrs? or will my fleet attack?

The reason I ask is because the scenario above occured today/yesterday and I am now waiting another full cycle WITHOUT ATTACKING THE ENEMY.

Not cool. Please if anyone can, explain.

You stay at the enemy's base right?

Yes you have to wait another 24h. Because the fleet battled as cloack at 1:00 am and you didnt decloack before the 24 h limit and it starts again;)

And sitting on an enemies base cloaked or uncloaked is not a wise move, cloaked your only advantage is that he does not know when the next battle is. But he should be able to tell you are there from his vessel scan.

Ugh. Well.. I suppose I will just come out and say it then... I am not sure I can retain my interest... I know, it must sound so childish and stupid but after some grueling battles and some good learning experiences, I have at this point seen that I truly do enjoy and like SpaceTrace however, it simply doesnt fullfill what I need right now... I posted this in another thread and I will post it here:

I dont care much for points at all, I care about fighting with others in a CHANGING world.. that part is the part that I dont think SpaceTrace has well enough for me to get involved. I realize that over a vast amount of time people will evolve and some will stop playing, but its not changing in major ways enough that I can keep my interest...

Please help and if you can try to convince me to stay... I like ST alot, I just dont know that I can deal with the stale air...

Well you have a whole galaxy that changes constantly, alliances come and go, once you find a suitable alliance the game changes considerably.

I will stay around for a while, this is certain... however for me to stay around, I will need to feel the game evolving and changing.. I read about the alliance evolution thing, but I am not sure how it will improve the game to being what I want it to be... any thoughts?

by the way incase you didn't know i'm gona tell you a lil secret...

we will help you in the game.we will try to improve the games to make you feel better but we will not ask you to stick around if you don't like the game.... this is one of the greatest games around the net...

now not every body likes it, not everybody understands it and not everybody is suited to play it. to enjoy the game at its most you mut be able to both play with tactics and diplomacy.. your relations with other players and alliances is a big part of this game...

if it does not suit you... leave at will! have fun!
