|
|
Now is says:
you can set an alliance attack-code for all fleets of all members in your alliance. (fleets with this attack code will not fight against fleets with a defense attitude either)
Yet the alliance attack code not only causes us to attack each others defense mode but, the defense mode bases as well :S
And we got a problem today too. Someone from NZ is using our code but, due to go off on our defensive fleets on arrival. Hopefully he logs on or the other one with me logs on in time. I can be on myself to avoid the accidents. |

Well when you use your alliance attack code which is set in the Alliance-Control center which the leader has you wont attack each others bases. _________________ APEmpire |

Hopefully so, although the incoming "signals" on the bases indicate an attack is imminent.
The defensive fleets being attacked by the alliance code is not a new one. I have already had this one occur in spite of the code setting by the leader. |

the only explanation would be that the planets attitude becomes your alliance code without showing it. _________________

My neighbors pit bulls have a code mismatch with Renee and I ....solvable only with a 36" Louisville slugger.
Setting destination now |

Pit bulls are like undetonated land mines. They were not bred for thier brains and are strictly fighting dogs. The feel no pain when angered. You would have to almost cut it's head off to stop it. Use an axe instead of a louisville hickory. A ball bat will just make it mad...honest. The muscle formations on it's head make it impervious to blunt object blows.
Also , you never know when they can go off...against even a family member.
They have been banned in Ontario and current pit bull owners must have thier "bull" neutered or spayed and are not allowed to replace it with another bull.
There have been a number of children attacked and killed by them so Ontario enacted legislature prohibiting the breed from being brought in province. It got very serious with the deaths and disfigurements caused by these dogs
Some will say that it's not the dogs fault...just the trainer or owner however studies show that is not true. A docile pitbull can go off at any time...you never know.
Davalan...a pound of ground beef mixed with a cup of regular car anti-freeze will end it's miserable life and good riddance... BTW...I love dogs but having a pit bull is like playing with old dynamite...you never know when it can go off.
Be wary around it and if the dog ever goes at you...you must sacrifice an arm while reaching for it's arse via way of it's mouth and keep on pushing until it quits moving.
The other way is to dislocate it's front legs via spread eagleing it however it's a much riskier way of trying to defend against one in case you miss..
A sharp shovel and a quiet tongue is the only way to deal with them ! |

It is different of what you said in your first post.
If you go with attack code to a base(AC put in the alliance control) you wont attack the base but you will attack the fleets in defense mode.
Even so it has logic. But i dont find a totally positive part. I always think that you shouldnt need an AC to prevent attacks between your alliance. Even if you are a spy you shouldnt be able to hit one of your own alliance.
AC should be used in the strategic mode when you attack and preventions to fight vs allies in other aliances |

attitude algebra
let's resume :
Attack + Defense = Attack
Attack + Attack = Defense
Defense + Defense = Defense
Code + Attack = Attack
Code + Defence = Attack
Code + another Code = Attack
Code + the same Code = Defense
Alliance-Attackcode + Defense = Defense
in pictures :

and remember: planets bases and mobile TWGs are always on defense

yeah, but the leader of the alliance still has to set the alliance code.
If he forgets to, and some leaders do forget, then it becomes just another code and will attack ally fleets set on blue, like bases. _________________ Space Mercenaries Inc.

Well not experiment but we get results
As i told you. You can go with the attack code vs the mTWG and you wont attack it if it's yours:D |

i attacked it accidentaly once with a attack code, so that attack code was probably not the same as the one the leader set, so why woud that be? _________________
