there seems to be up some new forum bots, that post nonsense in the forum, so their homepage is visible in their profile and gets more hits for google.
we will update the forum in two weeks, but now, we can only delete these users.
if you see a new bot, please post the username here and we delete the user and the posts.
i already found 5 bots like that one of them was melissa...

thanks admin, this im sure will make spacetrace forum much more easier to understand for the new players to look at, because when you look at the "latestposts" topic sometimes you think are this alliance back if it has something to do with recruitment.

funniest bit 'bout those bots is that they do NOT advertise in a way that a normal advertisment should look like -> I mean, they do not advertise a particular on-line casino or whatever, there's no link or at least a name or something...
It's like advertising TV sets... without giving the brand.
Could this be actually a beta-test of the bots of some sort? A dry run, if you will?
And if so... could the developer actually be connected to the forum in some way -> he's played/playing ST and is/was active on the forum at some point? Decided to test them here? They've been somewhat improving themselves gradually, BTW...

I've got my own theory on the matter
Spacebot who is pretending too be broke is really trying too get more bots into spacetrace so they can rule the universe and overthrow all mankind not i reckon this spacebot is a imposter and the real spacebot has been tied up somewhere i also think the ring leader behind this opperation is toast and i also reckon his onto me so i have too be quick because he could be monitoring my computer and AHHH!!! NNNNOO!!! HELP ME!!!!!

lol those posts dont even make sense and yes im fine i just overpowered the bot and sent it tied up too the blackhole tied too a doomstar that'll teach em

seems like we deleted the spambots.
can all admins pls post, what they did here? (if they havent done yet)
seems like someone deleted all the posts of them and deleted the spam-users in the administration panel too. i cant find any more bots in the userlist.
is there still a need to change the forum-registration, so no new bots can arrive? |
