jams 3 ships in the enemy fleet in class 2 and you get back the initiative

Well.. it has 30 more LP then anyother C2 ship,
And it can "freeze" 3 ships to boot. and this effect is unstoppable (no ship to counter it).
we already have the Multi-emp, and the retraitor to counter it.
this ship is not balanced nor needed. |
