Get with the program guys he's a noobish so you kind extrapolate what he is trying to say.

I think what he is talking about is the DEFENSE ARRAY???

The defemse array is a stationary building. Also when destroyed it cannot be rebuilt.

From what I know only one building can be moved. The pioneer ship will only move your ship yard. So you will loose your research centre and defense array. You can rebuild your research centre but you cannot rebuild your defense array. This is what you loose when you run away from your planet!

If bobmarley116 was talking about c-canons (module/platform) These are ships not buildings so will move with the fleets.

What is the relation of canons and defensive array?
Any way you are wrong, the pioner ship dont move just your shipyard, move each building at your actual base as the DA, inteligence station, TWG, holo-relaystation,research center and shipyard

I suppose that bobmarley116 is thinking of the defense array as the planets cannons???

About the pioneer ship: the info in the manual needs to be clarified then. It just says that:

'this ship transports all your men and the technology you need to put up an outpost on another planet. you can install your shipyard only on pre-warp-worlds'

does then 'technology you need' stand for all the other buildings at your base. Its not very clear??

Uh well the pioneer does only move the shipyard, no transwarp sadly.

But in the pictures of the shipyard etc in the manual, they do rather look like they orbit, not that it matters really.

There are two buildings that can be moved: the MTWG ( duh! ) and the shipyard when using a pioneer ship.

I dont know what bobmarley is saying, but I can tell you: There aren't any circling stuff.

Buildings are static and just do their thing. All ships can be moved to different fleets, and when you add a motherhsip ( class 4 ship ), you can also move your fleet away from your planet to different coordinates.

When it says technology u need it refers to research and etc.

@SPyder and William: have u ever used the pionner ship? The pionner ship moves all the buildings!

Yes Rubens I have used the pioneer many times, I wish sometimes it could move the other buildings, but then you could "hide out" completely

I have used it too and you move all your buildings, it has no sense to move 1 building and not the other ones. The ships appears in one sector but you TWG is in another one? And your research center wont have defense ver? ask the admin plz
