hay everbody i was the the leader of the megas butt i've started a new alliance because things didn't go very well in the alliance
so if you want to join my new alliance (the rascals) send me an ingame message everybody is welcome
i only ask thes four things:
-loyalty
-no multi's( i hate them) :)11 :)11
-a transwarp network or build him when you join our alliance
-and a minimum score of 0

He was O-siris of Ex-zuly, he was banned for inactivity. He came back askingto rejoin with a score of -215. His score went up, so I said yes. Gave him the pass. He refused to enter, said he was making the megas so I changed the pass. He then said he actually did want to join, so I think I was right in saying no.
You either want to join, or you dont.
