If I have all my fleets at my base will they also defend when its attacked or whil only my base-fleet defend?

They will all fight, but in random order I believe. Spreading your fleets is useful because it allows you to clear out classes and defend more effectively.

If you have your fleet at attack, won't your fleet be the first to attack because your base is at defense and attack mode is more offensive???

it doesnt matter the fleet actitude, they will all fight randomdly

but, if the attacking fleet is in defence, only your fleets in attack mode will attack it and not your base fleet, for your base fleet is always in def

what would be the point of attacking with a fleet in defence mode?

realy, i fail to see why any1 (except maybe lowvoice) would even do such a thing...

i have done it myself. For example if i am attacking a base with many fleets, i go in defense so i can clear those fleets first. Or even if i think that base's fleet can make me lose points, than i go in defense mode.
If you think a little bit, you can find many attack tactics that can make you win more points, than just sending your fleets to some cords and wait for the battle

yeah, when u see two fleets on a planet, it can be fun to drop in and defend, even if they are allies!!!!
