Same as Deep Scan Probe, but like the name says: Its a building.

It can be sent to a pre-warp (warp 4) or be built on your own planet.

Costs: 1000 Points, 10 Credits. Building time: 15 hours.
You maximum amount of Probes remains the same (3 or 4).

Scanradius: 5 Sectors.

Addtionally to the small Deep Scan Probes it can be upgraded with better sensors to improove its scanradius.

Every upgrade costs: 1000 points, 5 credits and improoves the scanradius by 2. There's no maximum.

Its quite expensive, therefore I say: It cant be destroyed.
