I took a look at the "great emperors" page today only to click a certain link.
I just want to say gor a maith agat (thank you) to the emperor for giving me a good laugh out of this.

But I was very upset not to see my name in the Hierarchy..... Surely I am the great "Duke of the West" MWAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHA
Yeah...... Hierarchy... who needs hierarchy when you can have fleets.

These players are proscribed traitors which were once members but betrayed the great Hierarchy. They are banned for ever and anyone should attack them. Ask the Emperor for their coordinates.

War with DBD.
The rising Empire is under attack from the DBD, a ruthless bunch of unorganized rebels. DBD fears the rising power of the great ICP-Hierarchy and tries to react, but it is too late for them already. The structure of ICP is stronger than ever.
