I just came up with this idea. I don't know if it is possible to make this fare because of state of evoluton but here is my idea:

All vets and experienced lpayers can sign up for this. Then we pair everyone up withsomeone and let them fight, for how long can be discussed. Then everyone who wins goes on to the next round and at the end we will have a winner who can call himself the best.

The problem is that if two vets with an equil skill won't have a fare fight if the one has and evo of 80% and the other 20% but maybe we could bypass that by having everyone chuse a max amount of techs they can use. If the both post all BR's you can see if someone is cheating or not.

So, what do all of you think of this?

We used to have a sort of "unofficial runoff" .... #1 in top players vs. 2 and when the #1 has hit 100% evo but, often allies or common alliance members occupy those posistions.....we also try to give new top 10 entrants a few challenges asap...

search the forum, there should be some discussion about similar ideas from a few years back.

i liked your vet league idea though.

I thought it would be nice that al vets and others who think they are good enough could 'sign up'. For example 8 sign up. You pair them up. 4 win and 4 loose so the 4 winners go on. Then there are two more pairs, 2 winners and 2 loosers. The two winners go on to the final. A cind of tournement. This could also be done for players that are not good enough yet to fight vets and experienced players. I thought it would be fun, see vets fight eachother, the best of spacetrace fighting eachother for a few days. This is a way to show you are the best without having to get the most points in the top 10.

If u like the concept of tournament its a good idea.
I dont like that concept, i prefer 'just' spacetrace.
