recon 1 (class 4 ship)
the recon 1 is a small cloaked vessel that cannot enter combat.
it provides its own hyperspace bubble nad goes to an enemy planet.
there, it will read all incomings, but because it is cloaked it will not participate in any battles.
strictly used to see if there any more fleets due on the battlefield.
attack/life: 0/1
manpower: 60
speed: warp 20
(can only establish a warpfield for itself)
this ship has a cloaking device
researchtime: 2 h
buildingtime: 5 h
needed research:
improved cloaking technology

| i say upgrade this a little make it if a fleet is coming it tells you its previos destination was. |
