communication interception probe (probe)
the communication interception probe is a probe that will intercept all alliance round messages that are given to the player in which the probe orbits.
because it is only alliance round messages that are intercepted, no persoanl messages will be intercepted.
because of the advanced technology in this probe, the warp is slow.
a member of the alliance will not know if his messages are being intercepted.
finally, a scambler probe will cause this machine to blow up.

Hmmmm, well, since it only gathers alliance round messages it might be good.
But i think it should only be acive for 24 hrs once it reaches its destination. |

nope it should last till it gets hit with a scrambler probe but they would have to constinaly have a scrambelar probe at there base and there should be a thing in your base that if hq invaders launch troops and take a flag its link gets destroyed and it just blows up or goes into the palnets orbit and kills somthing like a ship. |

Goldinage, that really makes no sense.

i think it is good for alliance warfare but thee must be a way too combat it too make it completely balanced perhaps some sort of scrambler? _________________ "Although the constant shadow of certain death looms over everyday, the pleasures and joys of life can be so fine and deeply affecting that the heart is nearly stilled by astonishment" - Dean R Koontz |

This topic has been brought up many times and the arguments are laways the same:
Pro:
1. This probe is fookin' cool.
2. It makes the game more realistic because in real war messages are intercepted.
3. It only reads alliance round messages so no persoanl information will be viewed.
Con:
1. An alliance of friends could send personal information to one another.
2. The victim of this probe will not know that the messages are being viewed, so he/she will not be able to destroy the Probe.
3. The alliance round message will become useless, players will simply message everyone individually rather than send an A.R.M.
My view:
Firstly, I beleive that players SHOULD be informed when their allaince round messages are being viewed.
However, there is just too much controversy over this probe.
I honestly do not beleive that we can add this to the game, make it successful, and not have anyone complain about it.
So sorry, it does not get my vote. _________________ Calvin: I'm a genius, but I'm a misunderstood genius.
