Once again, another idea.
Okay, How about at the alliance center there is a planet that holds alot of ships.
Now i dunnno what kind of Ships should be there, perhaps basic ships, maybe only ships that you have researched.
Well anyway, if your fleet is wiped out, and some alliance mates are in trouble, rather than spending 14hrs waiting for a fleet, you can transwarp to the alliance center and enter some ships into your fleet, With the new fleet, you can head off to help yur ally, (at transwarp) go to your base,(at transwarp) or attack an enemy.(at normal warp)
Some extra rules:
(1)There must be at least 2 members in the alliance to this.
(2)You can only have manpower at the alliance center that corresponds with the alliance score*
*In other words, if your alliance has a score of 100,000 then there will be 100,000 manpower worth of ships there. If you are alliance has a score of
-1000 then there will be no ships at the alliance center.
I personally think this would be great, because it would give a purpose to the alliance center, and would make building a fleet alot quicker.

i ike the idea
but it still verry raw
the minor thing is that the advantage for the dtronger alliances is bigger than for the others
to give the weaker a little advatage maybe turn around the rule you made and lets have weaker or smaller alliances have more ships in the center according the score
the big alliances with great scores don't need to get stronger
but the idea of making a kind of shipyard at the alliances center is nice

Indeed Guidop that would be much better and i thought about it, but the problem is, how would we define how many ships they would have at the center?
I personnally think this is better because not only is it a tiny advantage, but it is also more realistic.
However, if someone can think of a way so that the weaker alliances can have more ships than the stronger ones please say so.

This will complicate the game, but if you also say that stolen flags will be stored in that central alliance planet and stay there permanently..then ok. |

I think this is a good idea bu there's only one problem and that's that alliance won't let noobs join in there alliance if they have a score of 0 or less. |

do'n't how how to calculate the amounth of ship in the alliance centre but how about this
just let there be ships in the centre as there is free manpower in the alliance
the kind of ships in there they can choose what the allaince has researched but players can only get schips there they researched themselves
also it should not be possible that a players get more MP to use than they can use without
so the leader/COW/MOC of the alliance has to decide what ships are needed in there
the buildingtime of free manpower in this centre is a little shorter than at the own shipyard coarse of the extra experience in there
a player should be able to choose if he wants to use his MP that gets free be used in the centre or in at his own base
and than even not dicussed how this has MP en AP of itself and LP
just like a MTWG
how much and how much points need to get invested to build this
and researching only possible by the leader
idea is great in my opinion but more discusion needed about a lot

how about,
to find out how much man power will be in the alliance center shipyard,
tke all the alliance members scores, add them up, then divide by how many people there are in the alliane, to get an average score, which coresponds to how much man power there is in the alliance center,
so this way smaller alliances can actually have quite alot of ships at the center,

i think the moc has a second reasearch bard of all the races in there allaince and he reasearchs them and then the leader can build them and make a ship to go with this stuff you build these armorys on abandoned or pre-warp worlds and a ship from another allaince (special type of ship that needs to be made) comes and it can make it there own cinda like hq-invader taken a flag but this takes the armory and half the ships and that allaince loses that amount of mp what do ya think |

I think you should try using punctuation. No seriously, try it, it's great fun.
I think he means something like this:
I think the MoC should have a second research bar with the reseearches of all the races that are actually in the alliance. The leader can then build these and put them in the armoury. The armoury in turn can be built on a pre-werp-world.
If an enemy alliance attacks the armoury with a special HQ-inveder-like ship it nicks the armoury and you lose half of the mp that was in it (points?). |
