Well lol, i have a good idea and as there is nothing in this opic i might say it. 
How about you ca put a bounty upon a players head and and say what the deatails are. For example You put 1000 points on Shade and say terms are "Destroy Shipyard and Research center"
If a player does this, then not only will they receive the points, but will also receive the bounty 
Perhaps a "most wanted" screen can be added? Showing the 10 most wanted players and the bounty that can be received.
LOL I actually got this idea from a simple sentence on IRC from kirby. And then i saw this stupid topic so i decided no pint in making a new one.
As usual i am speaking my mind here, so lol i have another thing that MIGHT be added:
Say you give a ruler to your planet lets say ya call him "Relg" now relg has his own Ship that travels at warp 2. You send it around the galaxy. All i am saying is that this could be another terma of the agreement.
Well iam not reading all over that. So tell me what you think.
