there are alot of dead planets out there i was thinking that maybe we could use those as outposts for alliances it could have like a scan radius and warn you when a fleet has passes in that radius.. this could also set alliance boundries and could warn you when passing territory...naturaly these could be destoyed but it would add a more territorialial instict to the game
